Fixed Rate Mortgage (FRM)

FRM is an acronym for Fixed-rate Mortgage — loan with an interest rate that doesn’t change over the life of the loan. With a fixed-rate mortgage, the monthly principal and interest payment will be fixed for the life of the loan, as opposed to Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM), where interest may vary over the life of the loan.
